A: Up to three passengers can fly at the same time. For parties of four or more, multiple trips can be made. If there is an open seat, we may fill it with another guest. 

A: 300 lbs. is the weight limit for any one passenger. The weight limit for all 3 passengers cannot exceed 600lbs.

A: We fly Robinson R44 helicopters. There are a total of 3 passenger seats which is great because that gives everyone a window seat!

A: We recommend booking in the morning if possible. That way if there is a weather delay we may be able to move your flight to a more suitable time in the afternoon.

A: There is no age limit, but passengers under 24 months old must ride on an adults lap free of charge.

A: Yes! Please bring your camera, GoPro, or other recording device! 

A: We take pride in our perfect safety record and implement every measure to maintain it.

We are open October 15 through April 1. 9am – 5pm, 7 days a week. 

A: Dress for comfort and the current climate. We suggest bringing sunglasses as well.

A: This is a professional scenic tour, not a thrill ride so you should not experience any discomfort. Our flights are very smooth and turns are slow and gentle.

A: It is highly recommended you make a reservation.  During the peak winter months we may book up early. So please make your reservation early to assure a flight that fits with your schedule.

A: If we are experiencing inclement weather, delays are possible.

A: Our staff will do our best to reschedule your tour for another date and time. If we cannot find an agreed upon date and time for your tour, we will refund you in full. 

A: Absolutely! We are proud to take the necessary time to assist anyone who has the desire to fly with achieving their dream.

A: Marathon Helicopters is authoirzed to operate under the Code of Federal Aviation Regulations (CFARs) part 135 and part 133.
